This page details what will happen in certain situations. Buyer's remorse, damaged goods, incorrect items shipped, and more are covered.

 

Delivery When will I get my order?

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

●USA: 3–4 business days

 

We do not store products

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment companies with facilities worldwide!

 

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

●Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

●Ask your local post office if they have your package

●Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them. If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s.

●Get in touch with us at support@potlivesmatter.com with your order number. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

●Patiently wait a few (3) more days to provide the carrier time to complete their job.

 

Your order failed to deliver

If the carrier isn’t able to deliver the items because of the wrong address, or if the package was unclaimed by you, it’ll be returned to the warehouse.

We will notify you upon receipt back at the warehouse to correct the situation.

You may receive an email from us similar to this: We were notified that your order is being returned by the shipping carrier because [reason]. If you want us to reship the order, please confirm your address.

We do not cover shipping costs back to you in this situation. You will have to pay the shipping cost again.

 

You want to return the order 

Did you order the wrong size? Uh oh, now you don't want it?

Reach out to us before returning the product to ensure the best course of action.

You will likely receive a response similar to: We’re sad to hear that you wish to return your order. Our return policy doesn’t cover products ordered in the wrong size. Because of that, we won’t be able to issue you a refund for the order. Thank you for understanding.

We do not cover "buyer's remorse" and you may receive an email response similar to: We’re sorry to hear that you wish to return your order. Our return policy doesn’t cover buyer’s remorse so we won’t be able to issue you a refund for the order. Thank you for understanding.

 

Damaged & mislabeled items

Mistakes can happen between the warehouse and carrier and it may not be your fault as well. Each order goes through a simple process before heading your way. However, if a damaged or mislabeled item was accidentally let through our quality control, or was damaged during shipment, we take full responsibility and provide a free replacement.

Contact us at support@potlivesmatter.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order before returning the product to ensure the best course of action.
